Refund Policy – UkrainePC

We strive to ensure honesty and transparency in the provision of our services.

1. General provisions

  • Refunds are only possible if the service was not performed or was performed improperly.

  • We reserve the right to review the refund request and clarify the circumstances.

2. Return period

  • A refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the service being provided.

  • Once the refund is approved, the money will be transferred to the same payment method used when ordering within 5–10 business days.

3. Exceptions

  • No refunds will be made if the service was performed as ordered and the client received it.

  • The refund also does not apply to digital products that have been provided in full.

4. Return procedure

  1. Contact us via the contact form, e-mail or phone.

  2. Describe the reason for your refund request and include any necessary evidence (e.g. photos or screenshots).

  3. We will review the request and notify you of the decision within 2 business days.
